about me
Hello! I’m Emily. I’m 23 years old, working for an environmental charity in Manchester. I have an undergraduate degree in Biological Science and a Masters degree in Environmental Bioscience.
I’m from a little village just outside of Oxford, which is where I developed my love of the natural world. I created this blog for two main reasons: firstly, to record my ramblings about wildlife and the environment, and secondly, to save my friends from listening to said ramblings. I hope you enjoy it! Take a look at some of my recent nature articles here.

I started this nature blog as a way to process all of my thoughts on the natural world as it stands today.
I want to provide a resource for everyone—nature lover or not—to learn more about the world we live in, and to have a bit of fun along the way. I am also a keen (but very much amateur) photographer, and I will be sharing some of my favourite photos on this site.
I love talking with people who feel the same way about nature as I do, so please feel free to leave me a message. If you have any questions, or if there’s anything you’d like to see on this website, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
